Drag the ball back to load the shot.
The shot arrow will tick back and forth on the screen.
Let go and release the ball to take the shot.
The closer the arrow is to the center when released, the more accurate your shot will be.

Keep in mind that the stronger you pull back on the ball, the further the ball will fly but the arrow will tick faster, which makes it harder to take an accurate shot.

When the arrow falls too much to the left of center, this will result in a hook shot.
When it falls too much to the right, it will result in a slice shot.
Hook and slice shots make it harder for you to control which direction the ball flies, further disrupting your gameplay.
